What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We do not require a long-term contract.
We work on a 30-day out policy. This allows us to wind down our efforts with the current campaign and shift into other resources, or stop work entirely depending on your needs. We do not provide refunds for services rendered.
What If I Don’t Have a Website?
We can work with brand new websites just as well as established ones. Depending on your needs for a website, we may be able to provide this service, or we can refer you to a web developer to help get you started on the right foot.
Typically, new websites need a few more months for search engines to trust their content, index them for certain keywords, and secure rank position, so expect our estimate for growth to be a little longer than if your website is already established.
Do You Have an Office Location?
Yes, we do have an office location. Visitors may only visit by appointment only.

Can You Provide Hands-Free Marketing?
Yes, we can take on the project with as little or as much input as you need us to. The scope of work will change the monthly cost, however.
