Since Incognito Logic LLC (https://incognitologic.com/) offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased*, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website.
Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product descriptions before making a purchase.
For items that require additional comments, notes, or resources before starting work, they may be delayed if this information is not received by you, the purchaser. If information is later received and work begins, we cannot provide a refund on the basis of late deliverables.
* An exception may be made if services have not yet been rendered (i.e., work has not begun on the project) at which point refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible after purchasing to request an exception, as work is subject to begin within a few days of receiving the order, sometimes as soon as it is received.
